A 23 years old woman mistreated her pets, but she was banned from carying for dogs again after two counts of animal cruelty.

Darcie And Chevy were really in a miserable condition, the five-years-old Beagle Darcie had been bleeding from an embedded collar in her neck and the pit bull Chevy with a heavy log chain attached to his neck was found emaciated.

On September 16 .At the Summer County General Court, the judge Mike Carter’Carter's ruling read : « Shall not own, posses, or otherwise exercise control over any dog for the remainder of her lifetime » In addition the judge sentenced her to 1 year of probation during this time Amber will be required to submit to drug testing, and ordered her to pay $449 in veterinary costs and to spend 15 days in jail begginnig on Friday September 23rd.
About the two poor dogs , Chevy was euthanized because the disease was very advanced, but fortunately Darcie can be healed, she was sent to a local rescue.
